Random Number Generator
Set a range and how many numbers you need, then press Generate. Great for giveaways, raffles and picking an order.
How it works
Enter the smallest and largest number you want, and how many to draw. Each number is picked with cryptographic randomness, and "No repeats" makes sure every result is different. The quick buttons fill in the settings for common draws and generate right away. Every draw is added to the history list with a timestamp.
Popular uses
- Giveaways and raffles — give each entrant a number, then draw winners from 1 to the number of entrants.
- Deciding an order — draw every number from 1 to the group size with "No repeats" to set a speaking or playing order.
- Games — roll a die or flip a coin when you do not have one handy.

Frequently asked questions
Is it truly random?
It uses your browser's cryptographic random number generator (crypto.getRandomValues) and corrects for modulo bias, so no number in the range is favored. That makes it far harder to predict than the ordinary Math.random function.
Can I use it to pick lottery-style numbers?
Yes. "6 of 49" draws six different numbers from 1 to 49, and "5 of 69 + 1 of 26" draws five main numbers plus one extra ball, in the style of games like Powerball. These are just random picks with no link to any official lottery. Every combination has exactly the same chance in a real draw, so no number generator can improve your odds.
Can I prove the result of a draw?
Each draw is listed in the history below with the time and range, and you can copy it. For a giveaway where fairness matters, share your screen or record it while you draw.
What does "No repeats" do?
With "No repeats" on, each number can appear only once, like drawing tickets from a hat. Turn it off for independent rolls, where the same number can come up more than once, like rolling a die several times.
