Time Zone Converter
Pick a city and time to see the local time around the world. Daylight saving time is handled automatically.
Meeting planner
Green = 9 AM to 6 PM local time (business hours). Grey = late night. Calculated for the date selected above.
How it works
Choose a home city and a date and time. Every other city card shows the matching local time, the date if it falls on a different day, and how many hours ahead or behind it is. The sun and moon icons show at a glance whether it is daytime there. Offsets are recalculated for the chosen date, so daylight saving changes are always reflected.

Frequently asked questions
Does it handle daylight saving time?
Yes. It uses the world time zone database (IANA) built into your browser, so daylight saving time in the US, Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand is applied automatically for the date you pick. That is why the gap between two cities can be different in March and December.
Why is my city already selected?
The tool reads the time zone your device is set to and uses it as your home time zone. If your exact city is not in the list, your device's time zone is added at the top. You can switch to any other city at any time.
How do I find a good time for an international meeting?
In the meeting planner, pick one or two cities. Each hour of the day in your selected city is lined up against the local time elsewhere. Green cells are 9 AM to 6 PM local time, so rows where every column is green work for everyone.
