How it works
Type the hours, minutes and seconds, or tap a quick button to start right away. The ring shows how much time is left. Because the timer counts down to a fixed end time, it stays accurate even when the tab is in the background. Turn on "Repeat when finished" to loop the same interval automatically.

Frequently asked questions
Is it still accurate if I switch tabs?
Yes. Instead of counting one second at a time, the timer remembers the exact moment it should end and calculates the time left from that. Switching tabs or apps will not make it drift. When time is up, an alarm plays, the tab title flashes, and if you allowed notifications you also get a desktop notification.
What happens if my phone screen turns off?
When a phone locks, the browser may block sound. The remaining time is still correct when you unlock it, but if you must hear the alarm, keep the screen on or use full screen mode.
Can I use it as a Pomodoro timer?
Yes. Press "Pomodoro 25 min" to start a 25-minute focus session, then "Break 5 min" when it ends. The classic method is four rounds of 25 minutes of focus and 5 minutes of rest, followed by a longer 15 to 30 minute break.
Are there keyboard shortcuts?
Space starts and pauses, R resets, and F toggles full screen.
