Fix a messy PDF in one place

Scanning on an office copier often leaves a page or two upside down, pages out of order, or a blank sheet stuck in the middle. Add your PDF here and every page is laid out as a small preview with its own buttons to rotate, delete or move it forward and back. Changes show up in the preview straight away, so you can check everything by eye and save just once at the end.

Rotating only changes the page's orientation setting, so text and images aren't recompressed and quality stays exactly the same. Deleted pages and the new order only apply to the new file, and your original stays untouched, so feel free to experiment. It's also handy for taking blank pages out of a contract or putting a stack of receipts back in date order.

Even documents with 200+ pages are ready to work on right away, because previews are drawn starting with the pages on screen. The number in brackets next to each page shows where it originally sat, so you won't lose track after moving things around. On a phone use the buttons; on a computer you can also drag the previews.

Frequently asked questions

How do I fix a page that was scanned upside down?

Press the ⟳ button under that page's preview twice to turn it 180 degrees. For a page lying on its side, press ⟲ or ⟳ once. If the whole document is sideways, use "Rotate all ⟳" at the top. The preview updates right away, and the rotation is saved into the new PDF.

Can I bring back a page I deleted?

Yes. The 🗑 button only marks a page for removal, so pressing it again restores the page. Greyed-out pages are left out only when you save, and your original file is never changed. To start over completely, press "Reset".

Can I organize a password-protected PDF?

PDFs that need a password to open can't be read, so they can't be organized. Open the file in your PDF viewer with the password, use "Print → Save as PDF" to make an unlocked copy, and add that copy instead.

Are my PDFs uploaded to a server?

No. Everything from drawing the previews to building the new PDF happens inside your browser on this device, and the contents of your PDF are never sent to the CalcLab server.
